Carrie Wine works primarily with acrylics, watercolors, and sketching but enjoys a plethora of artistic and creative endeavors. In addition to traditional paintings, Carrie enjoys crafting and getting other people, especially “non-artists”, take a moment to create.
Carrie studied art at Central Washington University, has owned a mural painting company, taught for Paint Nite, continues to be an art-docent for her daughter’s classes, and has now opened Rooted In Art in Fairhaven, Washington - a gallery and crafting space where she encourages all who enter to stop for a moment and create! The gift that art gives to Carrie is a gift she wants all she meets to receive!
